Organ Supplements — Freeze-Dried Organ Capsules from Grass-Fed Animals
Offal has been a part of human nutrition for hundreds of thousands of years, but has disappeared from modern Western diets. Freeze-dried organ capsules are a practical way to reintroduce this nutrient-dense food — without cooking liver.
What are organ capsules?
Freeze-dried organ meat in a gelatin capsule. Low-temperature freeze-drying preserves fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K2 MK-4), B12, iron, copper, zinc, and CoQ10 in their natural proportions.
What do different organs contain?
Liver is the world's most nutrient-dense food — exceptionally high in vitamin A, B12, copper, iron, and folate. Kidney is rich in selenium, B12, and DAO (diamine oxidase — the enzyme that breaks down histamine). Heart is high in CoQ10 and B vitamins. Organ mix combines several organs.
How much per day?
A typical dose is 3–6 capsules — equivalent to 5–10 g of fresh organ meat. EFSA has no RDI specifically for organs; the dosage is within safe amounts for fat-soluble vitamins.
How we select our organ supplements
100% grass-fed and organic (not just grass-fed-finished), traceable origin (preferably Nordic), low-temperature freeze-drying, and a clean ingredient list. We only carry Nordic Kings — the company meets all criteria.
