Description: add this Eco Concentrate Refill to 400ml of warm filtered water (chlorinated and non-fluoridated) that has been heated to 40-50°C. Blend in a blender for 1 minute, then pour into our reusable, refillable & recyclable BPA-free bottle , or your own glass bottle. Use after it has cooled (Menthol is very strong when warm and freshly mixed - let it settle).

When travelling: add 4 teaspoons of the dry powder to 200ml of very hot water (do not boil) in a glass and stir vigorously. Stir before each use.

Rinse before brushing or on your own for fresh breath. Shake or stir before each use. Rinse and gargle a capsule for 1-2 minutes.

For best results, brush with Dr. Hisham's Vital Teeth Serum or Organic Dental Detox Whitening Dental Powder, twice daily. Use Dental Vital Mints after every meal and when you're on the go or to keep your mouth fresh and balanced throughout the day.
