Organic match tea of the highest quality from the youngest and finest leaves of the first harvest. Used for traditional tea ceremony, it has a rich soft sweet flavour and creamy texture and is characterised by its vibrant jade green color.
Moya Matcha Premium is obtained in the 1st harvest from tea plants that are particularly shaded from direct sunlight. This results in higher chlorophyll and L-theanine content and a richer, greener colour. Only the finest, most delicate fresh leaves are collected, dried and ground into powder.
