Products such as Rosita CLO Liquid, Probiotics and food items that require refrigeration are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Contact our customer service at info@naturshopen.se to have the return approved and a return shipping slip sent to you. The goods must be returned in unchanged condition and original packaging. As a customer, you are responsible for the return cost.
We do not have a maximum or minimum amount you must trade for. But if you shop for SEK 500 or more, we offer free shipping options.
Naturshopen sends orders to all European countries
It is possible to come to our warehouse in Lidingö to pick up orders.
