EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision. Replacing saturated fat in the diet with unsaturated fat helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Beneficial effect is achieved by at least 250 mg EPA+DHA daily.

Recommended dosage:
Adults: 1 teaspoon daily as needed, with food.
Children and sensitive people: Start with a quarter of a teaspoon with food and increase if necessary.
Pregnant and nursing mothers: Do not exceed a quarter teaspoon daily. Taken as needed with food.

Custody or storage: Bottles of Rosita liquid EVCLO are stored in the refrigerator or freezer.

Rosita EVCLOcan be delivered without cooling packaging because the bottle does not contain oxygen. Therefore, it is impossible for the oil to oxidize and lose its freshness.

Important winter supplement

Has to be the best fish oil on the market, given the "extra virgin" property. Other oils are heated, which damages the nutrient profile. Vitamin A and D, plus omega 3 fats, are things everyone is likely to lack, even more so in winter. Highly recommend it.

Jag får biverkningar av oljan, vilket förvånade mig, för under perioden april - december 2022 köpte jag Rosita flytande torskleverolja från er, och den gav inga besvär.
Eftersom jag alltså visste sen 2022, att jag tålde produkten lusläste jag inte innehållsförteckningen på hemsidan innan min beställning nu 2024.
Efteråt har jag kollat och funnit att oljan innehåller tillsatser av vitamin A och D, och ett fullt spektrum av omega fettsyror, inklusive omega 3 EPA och DHA.
Jag gjorde fel som inte kollade innehållet innan jag beställde, för jag vet sen tidigare att jag inte tål intag av omega 3. Jag saknar förmåga att omsätta dessa fettsyror, och har därför fått rådet att köpa ren torskleverolja utan tillsatser.
Min bedömning är alltså den, att det är omega-3-fettsyrorna som gör mig sjuk.
Och utifrån min kropps reaktioner drar jag slutsatsen att omega 3 inte var tillsatt i den olja jag inhandlade år 2022.
Det kan såklart ÄVEN finnas andra skäl till att jag inte tål oljan.
I vilket fall som helst gör den mig sjuk.
